I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of TUMO job Agency Ltd and my employer. I declare non-payment of company commission for efforts and services of getting me a job leads me to action, whereby all costs incured will be met by me.

I therefore do hereby give my employer, full authority to deduct 50% of my first month gross salary and be remitted to this company without fail. I have declared this when I am normal and not forced.
